With the 2.5 skeins of Hegre left over from Knoll’s vest, I made Tott a Viking vest. Unlike Knoll, who, after having chosen the colour and pattern, now REFUSES TO WEAR IT, Tott refuses at times to take his off. It’s knitted, as always, from the top down and features what Lavold calls the St John’s Cross or happiness bight.
